The aim of the project is to describe and verify the possibilities of species and technological innovation of fish farming production in the Czech Republic, which will help increase the efficiency, productivity, profitability and competitiveness of fishery enterprises. Thanks to culture and technological innovations, quality and continuous production of valuable fish species will be reached. These fish will be produced in efficient production systems with minimal demands on production inputs and maximum use. The fish production will be highly profitable, environmentally friendly, with high potential for application on the fish European market not only in the form of stocking material, processed fish, but also in the form of fish products with extended durability.
