Non EU students must apply for a student visa before staying in the Czech Republic. Application must be submitted soon in advance (several months) at the Czech consulate in your home country. Please, be aware that it is not possible to apply for a visa inside the Czech Republic.

After your arrival you have to:

1. register at our faculty International Relations Office
2. if you are from a non EU country, to register at the Foreign police office
3. apply for your university ID card or ISIC card at prukaz.jcu.cz

If needed, you can also:

1. open a Czech bank account
2. get a Czech mobile phone number
