The Faculty Coordinator for the KreativEU Alliance serves as a key liaison between the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and the broader structure of the European university alliance KreativEU. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure effective communication, coordination, and implementation of alliance activities at the faculty level.

The coordinator is involved particularly in:

• strategic planning and fulfilment of the alliance’s objectives in the areas of cultural heritage, environmental sustainability, and the digital transformation of education;
• identifying opportunities for the faculty’s participation in joint research projects, educational programmes (e.g., joint degrees), summer schools, and other international activities;
• supporting student and staff mobility, including facilitating exchange stays, internships, and teaching programmes within partner universities;
• ensuring that the faculty’s academic community is well informed about the opportunities, challenges, and outcomes associated with the KreativEU project;
• collaborating with the university coordinator and other faculty coordinators across the University of South Bohemia to align faculty-level activities with the university-wide strategy within the alliance;
• monitoring and evaluating faculty-level outputs within KreativEU projects, including data collection and the preparation of materials for reporting.

The coordinator also represents the faculty in alliance working groups, contributes to shaping joint educational and research initiatives, and plays an active role in developing the European KreativEU campus, which connects universities across cultures, disciplines, and countries.
