In the week from 19.6. until 23.6. took place in the premises of the Research and Teaching Microbrewery of the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology of USB - Čtyrák - the third round of the Summer School of Food Production at the FAT USB. The school was organised for students of foreign universities with the support of the Erasmus program, and 19 students from Portugal and Slovakia took part in it.
During summer school, the students tried out the production of traditional Czech meat and milk products as well as the production of beer. Also, they visited the Budějovický Budvar national brewery and the Beeránek microbrewery. On the last day of the course, students tasted and evaluated their products using sensory descriptors and received certificates of completion of the Summer School.
