The Disciplinary Board is one of the Faculty’s bodies the composition of which is approved, upon the Dean’s proposal, by the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The Chairperson and members of the Board appointed by the Board are members of the Faculty’s academic community. The Board consists of four members at a minimum and the tenure is two years. The Disciplinary Board deals with disciplinary offences committed by students of the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology, University of South Bohemia, in relation to a breach of obligations set forth in Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions, or by-laws of the Faculty and University, or caused by a breach of obligations under other legal regulations. The Disciplinary Board is governed by the Disciplinary Regulations for Students of the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, Ref. No. 01/0511/17.
