Laboratory of Applied Computer Vision
The Laboratory of Applied Computer Vision focuses on the research and development of advanced artificial intelligence methods for image data analysis, with a strong emphasis on practical applications. We develop systems for classification, segmentation, detection, and object tracking that enable real-time data analysis—from edge computing to autonomous decision-making based on multisensor data fusion.
We specialize in dataset creation and management, synthetic data generation, training and evaluation of state-of-the-art convolutional neural networks and vision transformers, as well as the development of hardware–software systems for data acquisition and preprocessing.
Our goal is to translate research results into functional solutions for real-world operational conditions, particularly in agriculture, transportation, robotics, and industrial automation, and to support autonomous, efficient, and sustainable process control.
- Intelligent inspection and monitoring systems
