The Goals of the Solution

• The Goals of the Solution:

  The main goal is the mapping of capacities within the framework of agricultural production in regions and the needs of institutional catering facilities from the point of view of the implementation of local production and organic production. Part of the mapping will be the refinement of the identification of the main barriers to the development of the use of organic products and local production, subsequently methodologies will be created for the basic target groups (public catering, farmers and processors, founders) and a summary document serving as a support for measures at the level of the Ministry of agriculture and current interdepartmental activities. Another output is an analysis of existing communication tools between farmers and public catering facilities and serie of workshops.
