The Goals of the Solution

• The Goals of the Solution:

  To propose a system for evaluating and selecting potato varieties with parallel high starch and protein yields. To evaluate the production of organic-mineral fertilizer from potato juice and suggest appropriate adjustments leading to more profitable fertilizer production. To design an efficient fertilization system for potato crops using organic-mineral fertilizer prepared from potato juice, using a variable application of additional fertilizers (via yield maps) with regards to high starch and protein hectare yield. To evaluate the possibility of establishing a potato crop for starch and protein production with lower seed tubers consumption. To evaluate innovative potato-growing technology for starch and protein production in terms of circular economy and environmental impacts.
