The aim of the project is to fulfill the objectives set out in Reform 3.2.1 of the National Recovery Plan: "Transform universities to adapt to new forms of learning and respond to the changing needs of the labor market in post-COVID recovery" (Component 3.2: "Adaptation of capacity and focus of academic programs"). The project also aims to contribute to achieving the priority goals of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry for Higher Education for the period starting in 2021 ("SP2021+"), the Internationalization Strategy for Higher Education starting in 2021, and related strategic documents of individual public universities.

At the University of South Bohemia (JU), all faculties are involved in the project: the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Theology, Faculty of Agriculture and Technology, and Faculty of Health and Social Sciences.
