The Faculty of Agriculture and Technology of the USB in České Budějovice welcomed Dr. Hrachya Zakoyan, Rector of the Armenian National Agrarian University in Yerevan. The purpose of the visit was to introduce the faculty, its study programmes, and research activities, while further strengthening cooperation between the two institutions.
During the visit, the rector was introduced to the profile of FAT USB, with a particular focus on its technology-oriented study programmes and current research activities. He expressed great interest in the modern technologies used in both education and applied research.
As part of the programme, the Department of Engineering and Cybernetics presented its research activities. The rector had the opportunity to learn about ongoing projects and see practical demonstrations of modern technologies used in teaching and scientific research.
The meeting confirmed the shared interest of both universities in expanding international cooperation in education, science, and research. It also opened new opportunities for future joint activities, exchange of expertise, and participation in international research projects.
