On Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a Holy Mass for the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology of the University of South Bohemia was celebrated in the Church of St. Vojtěch in České Budějovice. The service, prepared in cooperation with the University Catholic Movement (VKH), offered students and staff a moment of reflection and gratitude in the middle of the academic year.
The Mass was celebrated for the faculty as a whole, for its everyday work, development plans, and projects connected with the faculty, as well as for the personal lives of all those who form its academic community. In the prayers, there was a request for strength, hope, and wisdom in dealing with demanding tasks and challenging life situations that students and staff may encounter, as well as for peaceful and positive relationships within the working and study environment.
The liturgy was accompanied by singing from students of the University Catholic Movement together with international students of the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology, contributing to the welcoming and shared atmosphere of the gathering.
After the service, an informal meeting with light refreshments provided an opportunity for friendly conversation and social interaction.
