On Monday, June 2, 2025, the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology at the University of South Bohemia organized a Children's Day – an event full of fun, creativity, and exploration of the world of agriculture and nature. A rich program was prepared for young visitors, captivating not only the children but also their parents.
Children could try various activities, from puzzles and painting to riding a tractor. A major highlight was the hunting demonstration, including a hunting dog that impressed everyone with its obedience and skills.
One of the biggest thrills was undoubtedly horseback riding, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. The program also included a guided tour of the faculty’s Educational Facility, where children had the opportunity to meet farm animals and get a glimpse into the everyday workings of an agricultural operation.
The entire day was filled with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
