Summer School of Food Production
In June 2024, as part of the Erasmus BIP program, two sessions of the Summer School of Food Production took place, organized by the Department of Food Biotechnology and Quality of Agricultural Products under the leadership of Ing. Dana Jirotková, Ph.D. Students from Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Portugal delved into the secrets of traditional Czech products and had the unique opportunity to try making them themselves. They worked in small groups in specialized laboratories under the guidance of experienced instructors. The event concluded with sensory testing of their own products, evaluation of the results, and a ceremonial awarding of certificates.
