NATIONAL FOOD FAIR

During the fair, tasting and buying traditional and non-traditional Czech food will be possible. The menu will include, for example, dairy, meat products and sweets. Breweries, distilleries and wineries will be introduced. There will also be a stand of our faculty in cooperation with the Faculty of Fisheries and Protection of Waters of USB, where you can taste, for example, our university beer or fish specialities.

As part of the fair, the 10th year of the FARM EXCHANGE will take place - an educational and inspiring seminar for agricultural producers, producers and sellers of regional food. On Friday, the 17th Chutná hezky. Jihočesky. competition winners will be announced in the T1 pavilion.

With the support of the South Bohemian Region, this year's competition, which is one of the tools of the eponymous project implemented by the Regional Chamber of Agriculture South Bohemia, attracted 51 regional food producers to participate. They registered 156 products in twelve categories. The celebratory event will reveal the list of the most successful who are newly gaining the right to use the Chutná hezky. Jihočesky. brand. Many South Bohemian farmers and food producers involved in the project will offer visitors to the CZECH FOOD EXPO their products for tasting and purchase as part of the farmer's "mini market" or in solo exhibitions www.chutnahezkyjihocesky.cz.
